During the summer of 2017 from July 14 to August 18 Vilnius Airport will be carrying out reconstruction of the runway. Aircrafts will not be landing in Vilnius during the specified period, and communication with Lithuania will be ensured through other air gateways - most of the airlines are planning to move their flights to Kaunas and Palanga for this period. The need for additional infrastructure required to handle the passenger flow from the capital in other cities is currently being estimated.

I would like to inform you about possibilities we have planned to offer guests arriving on Guaranteed Escorted Tours during this period to Kaunas (KUN) airport.

All Sundays between July 14th and August 18th, we will offer guests shared shuttle transfer service from Kaunas airport to Hotel Radisson Blu Lietuva, Hotel Europa City Vilnius (GBL program) and Hotel Radisson Blu Astoria (GBD program). We have planned to offer 4 shuttle transfer departures each Sunday, corresponding to actual flight schedule, which will be confirmed, as soon as KUN airport will publish summer schedule 2017. We will try to adjust timings as much as possible to arrival times of major airlines used by our customers and guests, such as Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, LOT, airBaltic, Finnair, Wizzair and Ryanair and others. Price for this service will be € 25.00 per person.

Service will include transportation in a shared shuttle from KUN to hotel in Vilnius and our assistant. All our guests will be met by representative at the airport and assisted to their accommodation place in Vilnius in order to guarantee smooth service.

Alternatively, we will also offer private transfers from KUN and they are fixed at prices € 120.00 per private car (max 3 pax) and EUR 180.00 per private minivan (max 7 pax).

For program Baltic Biking shared shuttle transfers will be offered for arrival transfers (GBB03) and departure transfers (GBB02 and GBB04).

Shared shuttle transfer timings will be confirmed, as soon as KUN airport summer schedule becomes available.
